Kodak Alaris S2000 Cashback (Promotion)
- The Promoter is Kodak Alaris Ltd. Hemel One Boundary Way Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire HP2 7 YU, United Kingdom (please do not send any correspondence to this address).
- Administrator is Opia Ltd, Priory House Pilgrims Court, Sydenham Road, Guildford, Surrey, England, GU1 3RX.
- To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, the Participant must be an end customer, define as an individual or a business residing or registered in Mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, France, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany or Italy (Territories), utilising the product for himself or his business.
- Claims must be submitted by the end user customer who purchased the product. Partners (Resellers, retailers, rental companies or any other entity, commercial entity or other party whatsoever) may not submit claims on behalf of the end user customer.
- The Promotion is only open to purchasers of Qualifying Products(defined in Table 1) bought between 00.01 (GMT) on the 1st May 2018 and shall close at 23:59 (GMT) on 31st December 2018 (Promotion Period).
- A maximum of 1 (one) claim for a Reward per Qualifying Product and a maximum of 10 (ten) claims per participant can be made within the Promotional Period. 7. Subject to these Terms and Conditions (Terms) Participants who purchase a new i.e. not second hand or refurbished) Qualifying Product within the Promotion Period from a Kodak Alaris Partner either online, instore or via telesales will be eligible to Claim a cashback reward (Reward) as set out in Table 1 below.

How to Claim:
- In order to participate in this Promotion and Claim a Reward, Participants must visit www.promotions.kodakalaris.com and register their claim by providing their name/business name, address, telephone number and email address.
- When completing the claim form Participants must upload a proof of purchase to the Promotional Website. The proof of purchase (Claim) must be the selected Reseller's invoice or a valid VAT receipt and must clearly show the Qualifying Product(s) information, serial number, the retailer and the date of purchase.
- Claims must be made within 1 (one) and 30 (thirty) days of purchase (Claim Period). For the avoidance of doubt, the date or purchase on the invoice or receipt counts as day 1 (one). Claims received outside this Claim Period will be marked as invalid and will not be accepted.
- Provided that the Claim meets the Promotion’s Terms the Participants will receive confirmation of receipt of the Claim via email stating whether or not the Claim has been successful and has been validated. Rewards for valid Claims shall be paid via a bank transfer within 30 days of Claim validation.
- Participants providing an incomplete claim form will be notified via email and offered the opportunity to provide the required items within seven (7) days. If the Participant still fails to provide the required information or otherwise fails to comply with the terms and conditions, the claim for Cashback is deemed rejected and is void.
- Payments will only be made to the Participant who has purchased the Qualifying Product and whose name appears as the recipient on the proof of purchase invoice.
- If the Terms have been met, Kodak Alaris aims to pay valid Cashback claims by bank transfer within thirty (30) calendar days after sending the Confirmation email to the customer. Kodak Alaris accepts no liability for Claims processed outside this timeframe. By submitting the claim for a Reward and participating in this Promotion the Participant agrees that no liability attaches to Promoter and Administrator for failure to pay within a thirty (30) day timeframe and agrees further that any claim or cause of action whatsoever against Promoter or Administrator for failure to pay within a specific time frame has no validity, is of no merit and is therefore void.
- The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid Claims including, without limitation, to require further verification as to proof of purchase, as well as the identity, age, and other relevant details of Participants. The Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify Claims which it considers do not comply with these Terms.
- All instructions form part of these Terms. By completing the claim form Participants confirm their acceptance of these Terms and their agreement to be bound by them.
General Provisions:
- In order to participate in this Promotion and Claim a Reward, Participants must visit www.promotions.kodakalaris.com and register their claim by providing their name/business name, address, telephone number and email address.
- If a Participant returns the Qualifying Product after submitting a Claim, the Claim will be invalid and Participants must immediately call the customer service team, contact details provided on www.promotions.kodakalaris.com website to cancel the Claim. The Promoter reserves the right to check with the Partner whether a Promotional Product has been returned and, by submitting a Claim, Participants provide consent to the Promoter to do so. The Promoter reserves the right to report suspicious activity or Claims to the police.
- In the event of a product failure or a product being replaced during the Reward claim period and if the Reward has not been paid out, the original claim will be voided and customers must re-submit their claim against the replacement product. If the product is returned after the Reward claim has been accepted and paid, it is at the promoter discretion to deduct the Reward amount from any future refunds relating to this order.
- Partners supporting this Promotion have the right to report to the Promoter details of Participants who return the Qualifying Product within 14 calendar days of the date of purchase. Participants who return the Qualifying Product within 14 calendar days of the date of purchase will not be eligible for the Reward. For avoidance of doubt the date of purchase will count as day 1 (one). The Promoter reserves the right to check with the Partner whether a Qualifying Product has been returned and, by submitting a Claim, Participants provide consent to the Promoter to do so. The Promoter reserves the right to report suspicious activity or Claims to the police.
- Claims where the products purchased will be resold or rented to a third party; purchases under Kodak Alaris special bids are not eligible for this Promotion.
- Participants will be solely responsible for any and all applicable taxes and any other relevant costs or expenses which are not stated in the Terms as included in this Promotion.
- The Reward is not transferable.
- Kodak Alaris reserves the right to change, amend, or terminate the Promotion at any time and without prior announcement.
- This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
- This Promotion is governed by the law of England and Wales.
PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
- Other than as set out in these Terms or for the purposes of operating the Promotion, the details and information provided by Participants when entering the Promotion or Claiming the Reward will not be used for any Promotional purpose, nor shall they be passed to any third party.
- Kodak Alaris reserves the right to monitor, review, retain and/or disclose as necessary information to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request.
