How It Works
Purchase a qualifying product.
You can view the qualifying products, rewards and purchase periods on the Qualifying Products page.
Purchases must be registered within 30 days of purchase date.
Purchases must be made between 17th April 2017 and 31st December 2017.
Visit the Claim Now page on this website.
You will need to provide the below details:
- Date of purchase
- Place of purchase
- Invoice/Receipt Number
- The serial number
- Details about your trade in unit: Manufacturer, model, age and quantity
- Upload proof of purchase
- Personal details
- Bank details
Your trade in device must be a desktop scanner or embedded scanner from any brand.
On approval to trade in:
- Package and return your Trade in unit as per the instructions received in the approval email
- Trade in device(s) must be received within 30 days from date of approval email.
- When your trade-in device(s) have been received and tested you will be notified via email.

Your claim will be paid within 10 working days of validation to your nominated bank account.
