Kodak Alaris Rewards Promotion (the “Promotions”)
Subject to these Terms and Conditions, companies who register for a Kodak Alaris account on https://promotions.kodakalaris.com will be eligible to participate in current promotions offered on this website. Click on the links below to view the Current Promotions and their applicable terms.
Claim cashback when you buy a Qualifying Product.
Get cashback when you purchase a Qualifying Product and trade in your old scanner.
Purchase a Qualifying Product and claim a 100% refund if you are not completely satisfied within 90 days of purchase.
To participate in the Promotions, the participant must be a direct end customer business operating in mainland UK, Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, France, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany or Italy (the ‘Participant’). Resellers may not submit claims on behalf of their customers.
Each Participant may make a maximum of 50 individual purchases of Qualifying Products and subsequent Reward claims.
Reward claims from employees of Kodak Alaris, employees’ relatives, their agents, wholesalers, resellers, retail staff, retailers, participating stockists third parties or anyone connected with the Promotions will not be accepted.
Qualifying Products must be purchased via a reseller or retail partner, direct Participant purchases are excluded from the Promotions. Qualifying Products purchased in conjunction with any promotions, third party or otherwise, any special discounted pricing or purchases from Amazon, Ebay or any market place website are specifically excluded from the Promotions.
Register for an account at www.promotions.kodakalaris.com by providing your business name, business address, telephone number and business email address. You will receive confirmation of account login details within 3 working days.
Registration for an account shall be deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the additional terms that apply to the particular Promotions set out on the Current Promotions page (together the ‘Terms’).
Upon receipt of your account login details, register your purchases online within 30 days of the date of invoice. For the avoidance of doubt, the day on which you are invoiced for your Qualifying Product will count as day one (1).
You must upload proof of purchase and provide the date of purchase, invoice number, reseller name, price paid, product name and serial number(s) for approval.
Your online account will be updated within 3 working days to display the Promotions that you are eligible to participate in. If your purchase registration is incomplete or invalid, you will be notified by email and asked to provide all missing information.
Claim your Reward
1. Cashback claims must be submitted within 30 day of purchase.
2. During the online claim process, you must input your business bank account details. Provided you have complied fully with the Terms of the Promotion you will receive payment of the Reward to your nominated business bank account within 10 working days of claim validation.
3. Rewards are non-transferable, non-modifiable, non-reimbursable and non-exchangeable.
4. Participants will be solely responsible for all applicable taxes and any other relevant costs, expenses which are not stated in the Terms as included in the Reward.
5. Purchase a Qualifying Product. Trade in claims must be submitted within 30 day of purchase.
6. You will be asked to provide details of the scanner you are trading in for which you must be the rightful owner. Your trade in must be a desktop scanner or printer with embedded scanner from any brand.
7. Upon approval to trade in, you will receive a pre-paid postage label and your unique claim ID barcodes. Follow the instructions provided in your approval email. We must receive your trade-in product within 30 days of the date of submitting your claim.
8. During the online claim process, you must input your business bank account details. Provided you have complied fully with the Terms of the Promotion you will receive payment of the Reward to your nominated business bank account within 10 working days of claim validation.
9. Rewards are non-transferable, non-modifiable, non-reimbursable and non-exchangeable.
10. Participants will be solely responsible for all applicable taxes and any other relevant costs, expenses which are not stated in the Terms as included in the Reward.
11. When you register your Qualifying Product, you will automatically be enrolled in the Satisfaction Guarantee Promotion. If you are not completely satisfied with the Qualifying Product you may return it to us by logging into your account and completing the online claim form.
12. Upon approval to return your Qualifying Product to us, you will receive an email containing a pre-paid postage label and your unique claim ID barcodes. Follow the instructions provided in the approval email to return your product to us.
13. Your product must be received within 90 days of the date of purchase. The product you return must be the original product purchased and registered. It must be returned in good working condition and in the original packaging with all accessories.
14. During the online claim process, you must input your business bank account details. Provided you have complied fully with the Terms Promotion you will receive payment of the Reward to your nominated business bank account within 30 days’ successful claim validation.
15. Rewards are non-transferable, non-modifiable, non-reimbursable and non-exchangeable.
16. Participants will be solely responsible for all applicable taxes and any other relevant costs, expenses which are not stated in the Terms as included in the Reward.
Promoter reserves the right to closely monitor usage of the promotional website, including users’ IP addresses, so that it may identify misuse, and disqualify applications
Promoter is not responsible or liable for any technical, hardware, software, server, website, or other failures or damage of any kind to the extent that this prevents the Participant from or otherwise obstructs him/her in participating in the Promotion.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost or confidential data and software. Upon receipt of the scanner all data will be destroyed. Please note we are unable to retrieve any Participant or Participant customer data once a scanner has been received. Deletion of all confidential data and information, which are in each case subject to applicable data protection legislation, and are possibly stored on the return product is the responsibility of the Participant.
The Promoter will not be responsible or liable for (a) any failure to receive claims due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control; (b) any late, lost, misrouted, or damaged transmissions or claims; (c) any computer or communications related malfunctions or failures; (d) any disruptions, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of the Promoter; or (e) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes its liability for any loss, damage, injury, cost or expense suffered by you, whether directly or indirectly and howsoever caused, in connection with the Promotion. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for death or personal injury arising from the Promoters’ own negligence or any other liability that cannot, as a matter of law, be excluded.
If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned or for any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with the Terms, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations in relation to the Promotion.
In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions, the additional terms that apply to the particular Promotions as set out on the website and any advertising, promotional, publicity and any other material relating to or in connection with the Promotion, the Terms stated herein will prevail.
By entering the Promotion, you will be deemed to have accepted the Terms.
If a claim is refused because the Terms of the Promotion have not been met, the Promoter's decision is final. Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend the Terms at any time without notice.
The Terms of the Promotion shall be interpreted and applied on the basis of local laws in Netherland and the Courts of Netherland shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
